Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, of subscription of magazine through Ordinary Post and its non-delivery due to the lapse of Postal Department, it will not make us liable for Refund, since we had already mentioned very specifically that we do not guarantee delivery of magazine through Ordinary Post. In that scenario we shall ask you to upgrade to Registered Post, on pro-rata basis. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the content of the magazine, it will not result in refund or cancellation, as that is an individual choice.
In the event where the magazine is being dispatched through Registered Post and still not getting delivered, even after repeated attempts and it is proved genuine after investigation, we will refund back the money. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account or in the bank account provided by the customer.
